Garrett Sutton
Garrett Sutton has been in practice for more than thirty-five years. Garrett assists entrepreneurs and real estate investors from around the world to protect their assets and maximize their financial goals through sound management and asset protection strategies. Garrett is highly sought after as a guest speaker and serves as a member of the elite group of “Rich Dad Advisors” for bestselling author Robert Kiyosaki. Garrett has authored several successful books for business owners, including Start Your Own Corporation, Run Your Own Corporation, Writing Winning Business Plans and Loopholes of Real Estate. His books, which have sold over one million copies, are part of the bestselling Rich Dad, Poor Dad wealth-building book series.
Garrett attended Colorado College and the University of California, Berkeley and obtained his law degree from UC Law San Francisco. Garrett is licensed to practice law in Nevada and California. He serves on the boards of The American Baseball Foundation, based in Birmingham, Alabama and The Nevada Museum of Art and Sierra Kids Foundation, both based in Reno, Nevada. Garrett is also the Executive Producer and is author of the book both entitled Sports Heaven: The Birth of ESPN which tells the incredible entrepreneurial journey of the founding of ESPN.

Ted Sutton, Esq.
Ted Sutton, Esq. is a licensed attorney who is the son of Garrett Sutton. Ted was born and raised in Reno, NV. He graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Mining Engineering in 2018. During one of his summers, he spent three months working at a mine in Chile. This experience made him realize that legal matters interested him more than engineering ones. After graduating in 2018, he took a leap of faith and decided to attend law school the following year.
Ted attended the University of Wyoming College of Law in the fall of 2019. In his third year, he served as the Student Director of the Business Entrepreneurship Practicum, where he helped clients form and maintain LLCs. He graduated in 2022. Ted is now licensed to practice law in Nevada, Texas, and Wyoming.
Ted specializes in the areas of business law, asset protection, estate planning, and Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) compliance. Ted is also the author of Greenback’s Book of Law, a book that simplifies the law for kids and young adults, and is narrated by a friendly dog named Greenback the Goldendoodle.
In his spare time, Ted enjoys hiking, running, skiing, and traveling. He has attended multiple seminars with Robert Kiyosaki and the Rich Dad team in different parts of the world. He also likes to spend time with his family (including his boss), and his two dogs, Dani and Ruby.
